Some quick research I did
Description of FUNSKOOL INDIA LTD from 2004
web.archive.org/web/20041010185847/http://funskool.indiatimes.com/profile.html
Wayback Machine
web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.funskoolindia.com/
So the official site of Funskool is only going back till 2006 on Wayback Machine. It has some snapshots from 2001, but those don't give enough information to confirm if it's the same site. If Funskool used another site, and we can find that, maybe we can use that to confirm or disconfirm some facts (if Wayback Machine has some snapshots).
Also old sites have old pictures, so we might find some logo's or old product images if we find a correct site.

Also for some reason SMPratte's video is private now, it had a lot of information for both sides of the conversation

It think it's a good idea to show both sides of the discussion. Showing why these cards may be legit, and showing why these cards may be bootleg. We don't have to make a conclusion, but showing both sides of the story is a good idea in my opinion.
