Okay so I once stubled upon this video of Phelan Porteous



I found out that they are in both English as well as Chinese [source?]

But I also found the source of the penguin image on the box.
I know it's a weird one haha, but it's this image

I don't know if this box has the same cards, since I spotted the term "Pocket Monster Pedigree Card" with a box that has the English Magic Baby cards in it, but still thought I might share this one.

When I search this site on Wayback Machine and click the earliest hit (June 15th, 2004) it redirects to a slightly different url, op.pokemon-tcg.com/international/

The "int" in the url means international. Not 100% if this was an original site, but it has the copyright of Pokémon and Nintendo at the bottom.
