So Eskizo had the great idea to research the companies on the cards, boosters and boxes of the Funskool TCG cards. Below an image of the companies on the box. List of companiesNintendo - Japanese multinational consumer electronics and video game company CREATURES - Development company affiliated with The Pokémon Company GAME FREAK - Japanese video game developer, best known as the primary developer of the Pokémon series T V Tokyo - It is one of the major Tokyo television stations, particularly specializing in anime ShoPro - Japanese production company, a subsidiary of the Japanese publishing group Hitotsubashi Group JR Kikaku - Japanese advertising agency for the Pokémon anime Nothing really special here, specially since the text is present on the Pokemon Portal (with a different year). ©1997 Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK, TV Tokyo, ShoPro, JR Kikaku And yes TV Tokyo is indeed misspelled as T V Tokyo on the booster box

So here is a summary of what we found. Pokemon Bottle/Beer Caps (Thailand)The first two hits are from a russian site called Capscollection. This site has images of pokemon bottle caps from Thailand, 2001, which where licensed by TOP-IN. (BVI). If I got to believe Google Translate, this source stated that they released Pokémon tattoo stickers, square cards, refrigerator magnets, round cards, stickers + sticker books, cards and Dim Sum Cups. These items where distributed by different companies Not sure (大大), Cheetos (奇多) and Nissin Foods (日清食品控股). wiki.52poke.com/wiki/User:SynKumo/%E5%86%8A%E6%9B%86Random source

From a Chinese "Yahoo Answers"-like website asking what TOP-IN (BVI) is. Stating that the company can be from Taiwan or Japan. Not sure how reliable these sites are since everyone can answer, but I thought I might share it here. zhidao.baidu.com/question/7163259.html
